Providing guidance and leadership as the Assistant Front Offcice Manager. Ensuring the delivery of consistent quality customer service. Ensuring that receptionists are well-trained, friendly and offer warm welcome.
Duties:

Managing and training the concierge and team of receptionists

Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service to customers

Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk

Supervising operational activities of the hotel front desk within hotel guidelines to provide highest standard of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels

Assign, coordinate, and supervise work activities of Front Desk Agents
-
Performing house counts and review daily arrivals, identify potential problems with rooms' activity and take appropriate action
