Responsible for maintaining visibility with guests at all times. Managing hotel that has 375 rooms, 2 restaurants, 1 conference hall and a lobby bar.

 

Duties:

• Using hotel resources to maximize guests' satisfaction & optimize revenues

• Representing the hotel in the market place and develop relationship with key accounts & local community

• Providing regular reports to company board memebres regarding hotel operating outlets

• Developing and implementing staff training programs

• Responsible for a team of 80 employees and evaluating theirs preformances

• Attending tourism trade fairs and exhibitions in region

• Promoting the hotel at every opportunity
